  This panda express is located on the little creek amphibious base. It is the only restaurant within the food court. That means that they are extra busy at lunch. The food and the service was good and fast. No complaints on food quality, quantity. They are generous in their portions and you are getting value for what you're purchasing.  They have the standard soda fountain and also bottles of water and Gatorade. There's ample seating in the food court and it is kept neat in the parents and the tables are clean.

  I ordered beef and broccoli right before the lunch rush hour.   I was disappointed with the portions with the beef and broccoli.   The cooks loaded my plate with white rice and scooped a small portion with beef and broccoli.   So basically I paid $7.00 for a bowl of rice and didn't include a drink or an appetizer.   That does happened at other locations too.  The service was fast and the food was average and over priced.
  
  BTW, the food was hot and fresh but I wouldn't go back or recommend it.    I give it one and a half stars.
